  • crushed garlic (4x cloves)
  • sliced chilli (to add taste)
  • 1- sliced onion
  • 2- tbsp mustard seeds
  • 2- tbsp dried coriander
  • 1- tbsp ground ginger
  • 2- tbsp cumin seeds
  • 225g – sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 840g- baked beans (2x tins)

Step 1: Put garlic, chillis,  onions,  (to taste), spices and herbs in a pan with a drop of oil, and cook until soft.

Step 4: Season to taste.

Step 5: Serve with naan bread or rice and mashed potato (optional).
