- ½ juiced lemon
- ½ tbsp chilli sauce
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 diced carrot (medium)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 8 taco shells
- crushed garlic (1x clove)
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- cayenne pepper (to taste)
- 450g taco beans (or kidney beans)
- 400g chopped tomatoes (1x tin)
- grated cheddar cheese (to serve, optional)
- sour cream (for serving, optional)
- shredded lettuce (to serve, optional)

Step 1: First, dice the carrot, crush the garlic and chop the onion.
